The Basic Listing Package provides 1 photo, Premium Listing Package provides 12 photos and Gold Package provides 30 photos.
How does Multiple Listing Service (MLS) work.
MLS is a traditional service used by real estate agents to list and sell their properties and find homes for their buyers. In the past, the only way to get your home on MLS was to hire a real estate agent. Only licensed real estate agents can list property in MLS.
How does MLS help me sell my home?
Listing your home in MLS lets real estate agents and their buyer clients know that your home is for sale. Four out of five buyers purchase homes that were listed in MLS.
Can I list my rental property in MLS?
Yes. Rental properties can be listed in MLS.

Yes. We provide additional services; they are subject to an additional charge.
How many people will see my listing?
Just like any real estate agent listing your home, a Flat Fee MLS Listing will receive local and national exposure on sites including MLSPIN, Zillow, Realtor.com®, Trulia, Homefind, Homes.com, Boston.com and many more websites.
How soon will my listing appear in MLS after I sign up?
Your listing will be live in MLS within 24 hours after all the required documents are received.
What if I find a buyer? Do I pay any commissions?
No. Commission is not owed if you find the buyer.
Are there any seller's agent commissions?
No. You pay only a flat fee to the listing agent and that is it.
Are there any buyer's agent commissions?
Yes. There is a buyer agent commission due at closing. You determine the commission rate as part of the listing process. This commission is stated in MLS.
Whose Information will be on the MLS?
The MLS listing will display both the agent's contact information and yours as well. When the listing agent receives inquiries about your property, the interested parties will be directed to you to set up showings and discuss details about your property.
What is the MLS listing length?
The flat fee MLS listing period is 3 months for the Basic, 6 months for the Premium package and 12 Months for the Gold Package Listings can be withdrawn from your local MLS at any time by email or written request.
I have a for sale by owner sign, can I still use it?
Due to MLS regulations, the use of "For Sale By Owner" signs are not permitted. With the the Gold Package, a yard sign is provided.
Can I cancel my MLS listing?
Yes. Listings can be cancelled at anytime by email or written request.
